International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide through trusted partners like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Aramex. Please note, Navi Nari does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

For international orders, payments can be made easily via Debit/Credit cards or PayPal. You can even use your Credit Card through PayPal without creating an account. Bank Transfer is also accepted.

• Flat Shipping Rate: $20 for orders below $100
  and $35 for for orders between $101 to 199

• Free Shipping: On all orders above $200

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.

Dispatch Timelines
Most Made-to-Order products take about 20–25 business days to dispatch. Navi Nari strives to ship orders at the earliest, but delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances. If your order is not dispatched within the estimated timeframe, you are free to cancel it and receive a full refund.

Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, we will email you the tracking details. Please note, orders are dispatched only when all items in your order are ready — we do not ship partial or incomplete orders.

Duties & Taxes
As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by your country. These charges are mandatory to release your order from customs.

Our delivery partners are authorized to pay duties on your behalf, and you can conveniently settle these directly with them upon receiving your package.
