Exhange, Returns and Cancellation
Need to exchange a garment to bigger or smaller size, no problem. Please inform us within seven days and we will do the needful, subject to availability of the size.
Sale items and/or heavily discounted items will not be exchanged or return.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, or Exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, please click on Return/Exchange or you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In case the return pickup is arranged by us through our courier, failure to handover the package to the courier company or any another method as mentioned above would amount to cancelling of the return facility and return or exchange will not entertained subsequently in such case.

Any order placed by a customer can be cancelled till the time of dispatch. Once dispatched order cannot be cancelled and related charges may apply.
